Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use the service only for lawful accounting, record-keeping, owner-finance, investment-accounting, reporting, document, valuation, and related workflows for people and entities you are authorized to represent.

Prohibited conduct

• Recording, concealing, or facilitating fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, sanctions violations, market abuse, or other unlawful activity.
• Uploading content you lack authority to use or that infringes another person’s rights.
• Accessing or attempting to access another customer’s workspace, credentials, data, or integrations.
• Bypassing tenant, entity, role, approval, usage, billing, or security controls.
• Introducing malware, denial-of-service traffic, destructive code, or unauthorized security testing.
• Reverse engineering or scraping except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
• Using AI features to generate deceptive records, fabricated evidence, false filings, or misleading professional workpapers.
• Sharing credentials with unauthorized people or misrepresenting identity, authority, ownership, or professional status.

High-risk data

Do not upload payment-card security codes, online-banking passwords, private authentication secrets, or other credentials the service does not request. Government identifiers and sensitive personal information should be uploaded only through an authorized workflow with a legitimate purpose.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access as described in the Terms of Service. We may preserve evidence and report unlawful activity where legally required or appropriate.
